What to include
A short description is enough. Useful context includes your headcount and locations, the systems and cloud services you rely on, anything currently causing pain, and any compliance requirements you are held to.
If you already have an internal IT person or another provider, say so — co-managed arrangements are common and we will tell you honestly whether one makes sense.
